*Please note we are fully staffed 365 days a year. When we close the lobby during weekends and holidays we are still in the back taking care of the dogs.*
* BHV Is professionally monitored 24 hrs a day 365 days a year. It has been equipped with top of the line cameras, smoke detectors, and security monitoring. All of our fire and security safety is cellular based in case of a power outage. All dogs are personally supervised during all firework holidays. In the case of inclement weather, power outages, or water boil notices.. BHV has all emergency plans ready to go at all times. This is includes electricity power failures.
*We are closed (our office) on these holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, and July 4th. Holiday surcharge of $10 dollars is applied to each reservation spanning these holidays. Surcharge is per dog.*
