π£ Stop #2, Pensacola, Fla
If you are reading this, we have already left and we are headed to St Augustine, Florida. Fun fact, my father lived in Daytona Beach when I was growing up, so St Augustine was always a fun little day trip when he was being a good dad. He passed away when I was 18, but the memories in St. Augustine are real. There used to be a badass Esprit store there. I am Esprit days old. Anyway, my parents are meeting us there. It is my mom’s bday, so we are going to grill etc. We are landing at this spot called Ocean Grove RV Resort. Again, I have no idea what to expect, or what site I picked.
We landed in Playa Del Rio RV Park today in Pensacola. It is a very simple spot. Past Vanessa picked an end spot, and at first I was a bit disappointed because they really pack you in here, but then magically the people next to us left. It is also so so hot here, and I am pretty over hot. I tried to pack simply because I was super excited for the north, so I did not have many t-shirts. What I did have was a Magnum PI shirt which I flawlessly paired with some Christmas sweats. The thing is, everyone here dresses like that. So no big deal. Oh. The dog park here is small, but it is clean and all my dogs pooped there. So I give it 5 stars. To bring this star rating down a bit, I left our poop there. I felt like it was only fair. Just kidddinggggg.
I took the girls for a walk in their new stroller. It is a lower stroller so they can load in and out of the back of it. Well, all the other littles in the family can, Lanna is gently placed in there with her blanket. We took in the marina, and crossed the street (busy street) to check out the private boardwalk to the beach. It is pretty amazing how much slower people drive when you have stroller. Babies on board! Their new stroller is pretty awesome. It packs up and stores easily. You just push a button and the whole thing flattens. I got this bad boy on Amazon. I will leave the link HERE if you are interested. I had a different stroller before, but I much prefer this one. They seemed comfy too.
This morning I had to go buy some first aid stuff because Mooshu’s nose is a bit messy. He is messy so he probably was fence fighting and being a bad boy at work. I thought maybe I would show you guys how I pack all of the meds for all of the kids I have on board with me. It started as organization for my husband, in case I died, he would know what all the meds did. I like the system because I can just stuff all the little bags in one big bag and easily find everything. My mom carries around a HUGE bag of medications. Now I sort of feel like that. With 8 dogs and 4 cats, you can imagine how many meds I have. You never know!
π₯ The movie tonight is Jaws 2. I guess they ran out of budget for this movie so they filmed in Florida instead of Martha’s Vineyard. I remember this one when I was little. I even think I saw Stefano DiMera at the start of this movie. IFYKYN. Days of our Lives was my babysitter.
π Lottie Wore What? I am very much aware yesterday my pics were showing up for Mac people and having problems in Google. So I am not even sure if her look for yesterday was seen. She has more than made up for it in this pink little comfy shirt. Even Lanna found this cozy. This shirt is my shift into more affordable clothing. I now buy cheaper at Softosy Boutique. Now, these orders take a couple weeks or so, but when you get them, it is a whole other surprise because you don’t even remember what you picked out! Little Lottie is quite the model. Until tomorrow! βπ»Vanessa
